ABILITY TO USE THE SITE

In order to accept the Terms and to use the Website, you must be at least 18 years of age ("Minimum Age"). The Site not intended for users under the Minimum Age. In certain circumstances S2 may also share your contribution with trusted third parties. ONE YEAR WARRANTY

For one year from the date of purchase S2 will replace missing parts (ie Swarovski Crystals, Spikes, etc) due to normal wear and tear at no additional cost, and pay for return shipping to customer. It is the responsibility of the Customer to ship the product to S2 at their own expense.

 

S2 will NOT pay for:

-Products that appear to be damaged due to negligence from Customer. It is S2’s discretion to refuse to repair products that do not meet the required standards of “normal wear and tear”, such as Swarovski crystals/Spikes that appear to be forcibly removed, water damage, etc.

-Products that appear to have been attempted to be repaired by the Customer or on the Customer’s behalf with person(s) not authorized by S2 to do so.

 

OTHER

From time to time there may be information on the Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Price and availability information contained on this site is subject to change without notice. S2 shall not be bound by any errors or omissions in posting product information or prices with respect to any products or services offered on the Website. All materials and information presented by S2 on the Site are intended to be used for informational purposes only.
